Welcome to the Exchange/Return Form section of Rhizmall.pk! We understand that sometimes you might need to exchange or return a product due to various reasons. Our goal is to make this process as smooth and hassle-free as possible. Please take a moment to review our Exchange and Return Policy below and fill out the form accordingly.
- Our return policy follows the Sunnah. We accept returns for any perfume that you are unsatisfied with.
- Please note that it may take 4-5 working days to process your request.
- We accept returns/exchanges within 15 days of purchase
Exchange and Return Policy:
Product Pricing
- Product prices listed on the website are current. While every care has been taken to label the products accurately, errors in data entry and updating may occur. We reserve the right to cancel the order incase a transaction has been made where the price indicated was not the correct price. In the rare event that happens, we will give a full refund of all money received from the customer.
- Prices are subject to change without advance notice.
- All prices on this web site in Pakistani Rupees. For international cards used on the site, the banks applicable exchange rate and charges will apply. We have no jurisdiction on this and any disputes or queries on exchange rates and bank charges need to be directed to the bank or institution that issued your card or payment instrument
- All orders are acknowledged at current pricing. We will bill at price in effect at the time of receipt of money and raising of an invoice.

Out of Stock situations
- Our endeavour is to ensure that all products listed on the site are available in stock for dispatch to the buyer. However, in case the same is not available for any reason, we are liable to process the refund
Eligibility Criteria:
- Products can be exchanged or returned within 15 days from the date of delivery.
- Items must be in their original packaging, unused, and in the same condition as received.
Valid Reasons for Exchange/Return:
- Defective or damaged product received.(Exchange Only )
- Wrong item delivered.(Return /Exchange )
- We Don’t Accept Return or Exchange on Branded Products
- Non Branded Products will be Exchanged on the base of video Claim (if the item has issue / defected)
Steps to Follow:
- Fill out the Exchange/Return Form below with accurate details.
- Our customer service team will review your request within 48 hours and provide further instructions.
- Once your request is approved, you will receive an email with instructions for returning the product.
Important Notes:
- Shipping charges for return/exchange are the responsibility of the customer, except in cases of damaged or incorrect items.
- Refunds for returns will be processed once the returned product is received and inspected.
- Exchange is subject to product availability. If the requested item is not available, a refund or alternative solution will be provided.
Returns
Branded Products:
The stock we offer is without any counter claim or warranty until & unless specifically mention in list.
We only offer Genuine Product with Company seal & Granted Brand New.
Non-Branded Products:
You are eligible for the return/refund claim if the product is faulty and totally different from what you ordered. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. Your item needs to have the receipt or proof of purchase.
If the ordered item has issue/defect we will be exchanging the product for you upon Video Claim.
If the product received or packaging is damaged due to usage, company keeps the right to deduct the price from the product.
Refunds
If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your Jazz Cash, Easy Paisa & Bank Account.
Shipping
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
